A total of 5.31 crore BDT in prize money was awarded on the closing day of the BPL 2025.
Fortune Barishal crushed Chattogram Kings’ hopes and celebrated once again as they lifted the BPL trophy for the second consecutive time. Along with the championship title, they secured a hefty cash prize. Meanwhile, despite their loss in the final, Chattogram Kings also walked away with a significant reward.
Compared to last year, this season’s prize money saw an increase of 2.03 crore BDT, making the total cash prizes more rewarding.

Champion
Fortune Barishal defended their title by defeating Chattogram Kings in the final. Along with the trophy, they received 2.5 crore BDT in prize money.
Runners-up
Despite setting a target of 194 runs, Chattogram Kings couldn’t secure the win in the final. However, in their comeback season after 2013, they finished as runners-up and received 1.5 crore BDT.
Third Place
Khulna Tigers, who lost in the second qualifier and missed out on the final, secured 60 lakh BDT.
Fourth Place
Rangpur Riders, who won eight consecutive matches but then suffered five straight losses, finished fourth and earned 40 lakh BDT.
Individual Awards
Man of the Final – Tamim Iqbal
Tamim Iqbal played a blistering knock in a high-pressure chase, earning him the Final’s Best Player award. Along with the trophy, he received 5 lakh BDT.
Man of the Tournament – Mehidy Hasan Miraz
Khulna Tigers’ captain Mehidy Hasan Miraz was named the best player of the tournament, scoring 355 runs in 14 innings and taking 13 wickets. He won 10 lakh BDT.
Emerging Player of the Tournament – Tanzid Hasan
Despite his team Dhaka Capitals getting eliminated in the group stage, Tanzid Hasan impressed with 485 runs, including one century and four fifties. He won the first-ever Emerging Player of the Tournament award and received 3 lakh BDT.
Best Batsman – Mohammad Naim Sheikh
With 511 runs, including one century and three fifties, Mohammad Naim Sheikh claimed the Best Batsman award and earned 5 lakh BDT.
Best Bowler – Taskin Ahmed
Taskin Ahmed dominated with 25 wickets in 12 innings, setting a tournament record. He won the Best Bowler award and 5 lakh BDT.
Best Fielder – Mushfiqur Rahim
With 12 catches and 2 stumpings behind the wickets, Mushfiqur Rahim was named the Best Fielder of the tournament, winning 3 lakh BDT.
