The uncertainty surrounding the Bangladesh-Pakistan series has finally been resolved. Ever since the conflict between India and Pakistan, there had been doubts about whether the series would happen at all, and if so, how many matches would be played. Now, the fate of the series is clear.

A source from the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) told that although there were initially plans for a five-match T20 series, it will now be reduced to just three matches. Last night in Sharjah, Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) president Faruk Ahmed met with PCB chairman Mohsin Naqvi. Cricket Operations Chairman Nazmul Abedin was also present. It was during this meeting that the final decision was made. PCB has since officially confirmed the news to local media.

The schedule for the three-match series has not yet been finalized, but all matches are expected to take place in Lahore. The PSL final is scheduled in Lahore on May 25, after which the three T20 matches between Bangladesh and Pakistan will be held there.

Currently, the Bangladesh team is playing a three-match T20 series against the United Arab Emirates. Initially, it was planned as a two-match series but later extended by one game.
