Manchester City’s coach, Pep Guardiola, is determined to leave no stone unturned in his efforts to turn things around for the team.

City has been enduring a tough spell of poor performances, seemingly forgetting how to win. However, Guardiola remains resolute in his mission to steer the team back on track.

Across all competitions, City has managed just one win in their last 13 matches. Their Boxing Day 1-1 draw against Everton saw them slip to seventh place in the Premier League table, trailing league leaders Liverpool by 14 points, with Liverpool still having a game in hand.

Last week, the 53-year-old Guardiola expressed concerns that City might struggle to secure a top-four spot and qualify for next season’s Champions League.

Despite these challenges, the Spanish coach, who extended his contract with City by two years last month, insists that the team’s poor form hasn’t shaken his determination or disrupted his plans.

“I won’t give up. I want to fix this and get the team back on track. In the situation we’re in, we have to do it,” said Guardiola.

“Of course, I want this. Everyone does. I don’t want to let down the people, the fans, or anyone who loves this club.”

City will continue their fight this Sunday when they face Leicester City in the Premier League.
