According to the coach of the English club, the Argentine winger is gradually adapting to his tactics.

Rumors have been circulating that Napoli is interested in signing Alejandro Garnacho. However, Ruben Amorim, Manchester United’s coach, envisions Garnacho’s future at the club. Amorim believes the Argentine winger is steadily adjusting to his playing style.

Reports suggest that Georgian winger Khvicha Kvaratskhelia is set to leave Napoli for PSG during the current transfer window. To fill the gap, the Italian club is reportedly keen on bringing Garnacho into their squad.

Manchester United, facing some financial difficulties, might consider letting Garnacho go if a lucrative offer arrives. This has raised questions about the youngster’s future at the club.

Under new coach Amorim, Garnacho hasn’t been a regular in the starting XI. He was even left out of the squad for a crucial match against Manchester City last December. After more than a month, he was included in the starting lineup during the FA Cup third-round clash against Arsenal.

With these developments, doubts about Garnacho’s long-term presence at United have become more pronounced. On Thursday, United will face Southampton in the Premier League. While Amorim did not confirm Garnacho’s inclusion for the match, he emphasized that he sees the player’s future at the club.

“He has talent, that’s clear. He’s working on finding the best way to adapt to the new tactics. He’s improving in training. In the last match, he was in the starting XI. Let’s see what happens tomorrow (against Southampton). I think he has shifted his perspective on himself,” Amorim said.

United, struggling this season, has won only six of their 20 league matches and currently sits in 15th place on the table.
