Sir Clive Hubert Lloyd (born 31 August 1944) is a Guyanese-British former cricketer and captain of the West Indies cricket team. Widely regarded as one of the greatest captains of all time, Lloyd captained the West Indies between 1974 and 1985 and oversaw their rise to become among the greatest Test and One Day International teams of the 20th century.
